Reserves venue for six (6) hours* at a competitive $115/hr ($690 total plus a $75 cleaning fee = $765) with a maximum occupancy/group size of up to 59 people. Boba Drink Catering from Taste & See may also be purchased with your venue rental during the checkout process. Every Boba Drink Catering order includes two popular boba/bubble tea varieties (brown sugar milk tea and taro/ube milk tea) and chewy tapioca Boba. * PLEASE NOTE: Pre-event set-up and post-event clean-up is your responsibly, including the removal of all decorations, equipment, stains, floor and furniture debris, and trash. We simply ask that you leave the building at 237 SE G Street, Grants Pass, Oregon 97526 (to be referred to as "Venue") in its pre-event condition. However much time you anticipate for set-up and clean-up is included in your time-slot. For example, if your event starts at 12 p.m., ends at 4 p.m., you estimate one hour to set-up, and one hour to clean up, then please plan accordingly (i.e., arrive at 11 a.m. and plan to leave by no later than 5 p.m.). In this example, you would need to book/reserve a 6-hour event time-slot.




















TERMS & CONDITIONS - You agree to pre-pay the full Venue Rental Fee, Boba Drink Catering Fees (if applicable), and $75 Cleaning Fee to reserve the Venue space. - You may cancel in writing within seven (7) days of your Venue Rental date for a full refund of all fees. If you cancel less than seven (7) days but more than 48 hours of your reserved Venue Rental, you will receive 50% refund. No refunds will be offered for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to your event. - You, on behalf of yourself, your guests, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G Street Gatherings and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: i) injury to persons or property occurring in or around the Venue during the rental period, except to the extent caused by negligence on the part of G Street Gatherings; ii) any actions or omissions by you or your guests, employees, contractors, agents, or representatives; iii) loss or damage to personal property brought into the Venue by you or your guests. - By reserving the Venue you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the use of the Venue, and voluntarily waive any claims or rights to recover damages for injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the event. - No smoking, marijuana, illegal substances, or firearms are permitted on the premises. - You agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to the event and use of the Venue. You are responsible for securing any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals for the event. G Street Gatherings retains the right to refuse any event that conflicts with its policies or regulations. - No alterations or modifications may be made to the Venue without prior written consent from G Street Gatherings. - You are responsible for any damages caused to the Venue or its contents during the time in which you have the Venue rented and you may be billed by G Street Gatherings to cover any such damages. - Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of nature, fire, strikes, or government action. - These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and contain the entire understanding between the parties.
